PKZ CLIENT / LEGAL
Software Licence and Purchase Information
These terms apply to new purchases. Existing purchases retain their agreed terms.
1. Parties and transaction roles
The software licensor, operator and product-support contact is identified in our Legal Notice. PKZ Client is the software project name. For a transaction processed by Stripe Managed Payments, Link acts as merchant of record through the legal entity identified at checkout and on the transaction documents. Link's transaction terms and privacy information apply to its sale and payment services. PKZ Client supplies the software licence, download and product support. This does not retroactively convert an existing classic purchase.
2. Software and licence scope
PKZ Client is downloadable software for personal use on one Windows device, with the Minecraft/Fabric versions identified in the release information. A licence is bound to a device identity. Signed online licence checks are required for activation and continued access; permanent offline availability is not promised. Do not share or resell keys or bypass access controls. Follow the rules of servers you use. PKZ Client is not affiliated with or endorsed by Mojang or Microsoft.
3. Plans, prices and delivery
Monthly costs EUR 3.99 per month before applicable tax and renews until cancelled. Lifetime costs EUR 8.99 once before applicable tax and includes future updates for as long as PKZ Client operates. Lifetime is not a promise that the product or an online service continues forever. The final payable total, applicable tax and any currency choice are displayed by Link/Stripe before the order is submitted. Licence and private download access follow verified successful payment. A declined or unpaid transaction does not grant access.
4. Monthly cancellation
Stop renewal through your PKZ account, Stripe customer portal or Link. If you cannot access these, contact product support before the next renewal. Cancelling renewal preserves the paid period; it does not automatically refund previous payments. We do not promise a specific update timetable. If the product ends, we aim to give 30 days' notice when reasonably possible; mandatory rights remain unaffected.
5. Digital delivery, withdrawal and remedies
Before payment we request separate express choices for immediate digital delivery and acknowledgement of any legally permitted loss of the withdrawal right when delivery starts. A download alone does not remove consumer rights. Any loss of a withdrawal right applies only where all applicable legal conditions are met; otherwise the applicable right remains. Rights and remedies for faulty digital products are unaffected. Link supplies transaction documentation under its terms; contact us if you need product-related contract information.
6. Refunds, disputes and access
See the Refund Policy. Refunded or disputed payments may lead to suspended or revoked access, subject to mandatory rights. A temporary failed subscription payment suspends unpaid access; a successful later payment can restore the same licence. A refund or dispute hold is treated separately and is not automatically removed by a later billing event.
7. Applicable rights and contact
Swiss law applies where permitted without removing mandatory protections applicable to consumers. Customers must meet applicable age and consent requirements. Contract changes for existing purchases remain subject to applicable law. Product/account support: [email protected]. Transaction/payment support is available through Link. See our Privacy Notice.
